I first came to Erik and Brown Fitness after my mother introduced me to kettlebells. I was the heaviest I had ever been at 270 pounds and 25% body fat! The extra weight was causing a strain on my lower back that I couldn’t get rid of. It was time, I needed a new workout routine to help me motivate my weight loss.
